mas vou explicar como eu fiz essa.
eu imprimi o SEJA VEGETARIANO! em uma fonte de stencil (que por sinal eu peguei nos stencilrevolution.com) ai levei na grafica da faculdade e mandei plastificar, depois só cortei com estilete as letras, simples assim.
no stencilrevolution.com tem uns tutoriais de como transformar imagem em stencil, é bem bacana, mas dá trabalho.
